Operations are a clinical concern
A center that starts on time, turns rooms predictably, and has the right instruments open is a safer center. We treat operational discipline as part of patient care, not separate from it.
About Keystone
Keystone Surgical Partners is a full-service manager of ambulatory surgery centers. Our team develops new partnerships and health system relationships, builds de novo centers, improves the performance of existing ones, launches new programs, and places the staff who make them run.
We are operators first. Our experience comes from inside surgery centers — from the scheduling desk, the sterile processing room, the business office, and the board meetings where partnership decisions actually get made.
That perspective shapes how we engage. We are not a consultancy that delivers a report and departs, and we are not a capital partner looking for control. We manage centers, and we are measured by whether they run well: efficient operations, clean compliance, and quality care delivered consistently.
We also sit at the intersection of two groups that need each other. Physician entrepreneurs bring the clinical practice and the ambition. Health systems and financial stakeholders bring capital, contracting leverage, and scale. Bringing those parties together — and keeping the relationship healthy afterward — is a great deal of what we do.

A center that starts on time, turns rooms predictably, and has the right instruments open is a safer center. We treat operational discipline as part of patient care, not separate from it.
Accreditation and licensure requirements shape physical plant, workflow, and documentation. We build to them from the first drawing rather than remediating after survey.
Surgery centers exist because surgeons can run them differently than a hospital outpatient department. Our structures protect that autonomy instead of eroding it.
If a market will not support a center, or a partnership structure will not hold, we say so at the start. That candor is why partners keep working with us.
