Chief Executive Officer
Terry leads Keystone's development and partnership work, bringing physician entrepreneurs together with health systems and financial stakeholders and staying on to manage the centers that result. He is the first point of contact for groups considering a new center or looking to improve one they already own.
Senior Vice President, Facilities and Regulatory Compliance
Debbie brings more than 40 years of ASC clinical and financial operations experience to Keystone, with a specialty in de novo construction, licensure, and survey readiness — she has served as project manager on more than 30 de novo surgical hospital and ASC projects. A registered nurse and former VP of Operations for National Surgical Hospitals, she is an expert in AAAHC/TJC accreditation, CMS compliance, and quality and risk program development.
Executive Vice President, Corporate Communications and Marketing
Stacey has 30 years in the Communications field to include Press Secretary for two State Senators. She also served as the Marketing Director for a local health system to include two hospitals, cancer center, outpatient surgery and more. Stacey went on to build a marketing business that focused on ASC marketing and served as the California Ambulatory Surgery Association Conference Planner and Marketing Director.
